    Parking will not be provided. We recommend you take advantage of a cab service or public transit. Please enjoy responsibly.
  • May I take photos at Le Savoir?
    Absolutely! We encourage it. If sharing on social media, please use our hashtag: #lesavoir. By using our hashtag, you are granting Stella Artois the right to utilize your photos in our marketing campaigns, either in digital or physical form, in all mediums, without further attribution or compensation.
  • What is included with my reservation?
    With your reservation purchase, you will experience roughly 2 hours of immersive dining which includes a feast with Stella Artois pairings.
  • When do I arrive?
    Doors open 15 minutes prior to your event start time. Please ensure you arrive on time, as those who arrive late will not be permitted to enter.
  • What if I lose my reservation?
    Please contact us and we can resend your confirmation email.
  • Is there an age restriction to Le Savoir?
    Yes, this event is open to those who are of legal drinking age in the country of the event and who can show a valid government-issued ID upon arrival. Acceptable government-issued ID includes a driver’s license and passport only. We do not accept student ID cars, health cards or any other form of ID.
  • Do I need ID to enter Le Savoir?

  • Are reservations transferable?
    Unfortunately, reservations are not transferable.
  • Can I exchange or refund my reservation?
    All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
  • Will coat check be available?
    Yes, coat check will be available at no cost to you.
  • Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
    No. Unfortunately due to the nature of the event we cannot cater to individual dietary restrictions.
  • Is gratuity required?
    No, there is no expectation of gratuity nor is it required. All fees are included in your reservation price, including taxes and service fees.
  • Are there assigned seats?
    All seats within the event provide equal visibility to the overall experience. Seating will be assigned by the Stella Artois host/hostess upon arrival.
  • Is there a dress code?
    This is a fine dining experience so please use your own discretion. Hats will not be allowed inside the experience.
  • Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
    Yes, if you require special assistance please indicate this when purchasing your ticket.
  • Will Le Savoir be filmed or photographed?
    Yes. Stella Artois will be capturing both film and photos at the event. By attending, you agree that Stella Artois may capture your likeness in video or photographic form. If you’re interviewed, we will provide a special release waiver for you to sign, granting Stella Artois the right to use your name and likeness in our materials.
  • Will there be non-beer products available?
    Yes, a limited selection of non-alcoholic products will be available.
